      Tried to order it to send to your warehouse but Apple rejected the purchase with the reason that they do not ship to forwarding companies. Is there any other solutions?

        Hi, yeo! To buy via our Concierge, go to our Concierge Service page. Fill out the form with the relevant details of your order. We will then send you a quote for the cost of the iPad. Once we receive payment from you, we will proceed with the purchase . Upon arrival at our US warehouse, you will receive notification of its arrival. You can then login to select your choice of shipping ie Standard or Express. A shipping invoice for shipping your iPad back to Malaysia will be sent to you. We will dispatch your iPad to Malaysia once your payment is verified by our bank. Hope this helps.

      Thanks for the reply. The USD is at a all-time low now. An exchange rate at 3.7 is really worth it. Is it negotiable? If it is, I may use the concierge service.

        Hi, Moorey, The rates are calculated based on the average of 3 months’ rates and not just on the rates we see today. I bet once your have your iPad in your hand, the difference in the rates would be worth it.:)

      Hi Sha, do you mean that vshub will make the iPad order on behalf of customer? do we have to pay the iPad price to vshub or to Apple? thanks

        Hi, Shukri! Yes, vsHub will purchase the iPad on your behalf. If you are using our Concierge Service, you will be paying to vsHub. We will only charge you 5% of the purchase price as Concierge Charges. I had a go with my bro-in-law’s iPad last week. It is one amazing gadget and am seriously tempted to get one myself.

        If you are shipping to Singapore, you can pay via Paypal. But if you are buying through our Concierge Service, we only accept bank transfers at the moment.
