It is with deep regret that we announce the closure of our parcel-forwarding service after 17 years of operation. Since our founding, our mission has been to help customers shop online in the United States and enjoy seamless, hassle-free shipping to Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.
Despite overcoming challenges such as the Covid-19 pandemic and working hard to keep shipping costs affordable, the impact of the U.S. tariffs has significantly affected our customers’ purchasing patterns. Many no longer find it attractive to buy from the U.S., and as a result, our order volumes have declined to a level that can no longer sustain our operations.
Our service will officially cease operations on 31 December 2025. We kindly ask that you ensure all your purchases arrive at our USA warehouse before this date, and issue the shipping invoices and settle the payment promptly.
Please note that:
1. We will not be liable for any parcels arriving at our U.S. warehouse after 31 December 2025
2. We cannot process shipments for which shipping fees remain unpaid after the deadline
